oddcoder d7d3e00867 Fix off-by-1 error in vfscanf

Scanf function requires look ahead to function properly, In case of
scanning from a buffer that will not be an issue, but in our case we are
reading from file, so lookaheads needs to be undone (via lseek) in our
case. The only problem here is that if we opened a file that doesn't
support lseek such as many of the file /dev/*

relibc

relibc is a portable POSIX C standard library written in Rust. It is under heavy development, and currently supports Redox and Linux.

The motivation for this project is twofold: Reduce issues the redox crew was having with newlib, and create a safer alternative to a C standard library written in C. It is mainly designed to be used under redox, as an alternative to newlib, but it also supports linux syscalls via the sc crate.
