- Removed stale cookbook bug comments (topo sort fixed) - Removed duplicate knewstuff/kwallet blocked comments (Attica now exists) - breeze + kde-cli-tools enabled in config - Both fail to compile (genuine upstream source issues, not ordering) - Plasma packages remain documented as blocked (QML gate, kwin stub)
