- BOOT-PROCESS-IMPROVEMENT-PLAN.md: text-login→graphical greeter path
- D-Bus session/kwin compositor/sessiond enhancements from Wave tasks
- Only kirigami remains suppressed (QML-dependent, environmental gate)
