redbear-power: runtime theme cycling with + key

Press + to cycle through all 6 themes (dark, light, high-contrast,
nord, gruvbox, solarized-dark) without restarting. Theme choice
shown via flash_toast. Fixed --theme CLI to accept all 6 modes.
