fix: kf6-kwallet status, 29→33 KF6 count accuracy

- kf6-kwallet: 'builds/enabled' → 'exists in-tree, not in enabled subset'
- CONSOLE plan line 147: '29 KF6' → '33 kf6-*' for accuracy
