fix: qt5compat blake3 hash, kwin cmake progress

- Add missing blake3 hash to qt5compat recipe
- KWin cmake: Qt6Gui Wayland plugin path references host instead of sysroot
  (needs Qt cmake config regeneration for cross-build)
