vasilito cb424d7448 build: static patch-sanity linter (shift-left the malformed-patch class)
verify-patch-sanity.py validates every active recipe .patch has internally-
consistent hunk line counts — catching the 'malformed patch at line N' failure
at commit/CI/preflight time instead of hours into a cook. This cycle hit that
class three times (qtwaylandscanner, sddm, xwayland), each only discovered when
cookbook tried to apply the patch.

Running it across the repo found 29 latent malformed patches (validated against
GNU patch: e.g. relibc/P3-sysv-ipc reproduces 'malformed patch at line 22').
They were harmless only because they sit in vendored recipes (baked, not re-
applied) — but would fail on any version-bump re-derivation. --fix recounts the
hunk headers (body untouched) and repaired all 29.

Wired into build-preflight.sh (Phase 1.0D) and redbear-ci.yml, with a unit test
(test-patch-sanity.sh). Skips archived/legacy trees and unvalidatable formats
(empty placeholders, bare-@@ git hunks).

Returns an SBValueList which is an array of one or more register

Each SBValue in the SBValueList represents one register-set.
The first register-set will be the general purpose registers --
the registers printed by the `register read` command-line in lldb, with
no additional arguments.
The register-set SBValue will have a name, e.g.
SBFrame::GetRegisters().GetValueAtIndex(0).GetName()
By convention, certain stubs choose to name their general-purpose
register-set the 'General Purpose Registers', but that is not required.

Gets the lexical block that defines the stack frame. Another way to think
of this is it will return the block that contains all of the variables
for a stack frame. Inlined functions are represented as SBBlock objects
that have inlined function information: the name of the inlined function,
where it was called from. The block that is returned will be the first
block at or above the block for the PC (SBFrame::GetBlock()) that defines
the scope of the frame. When a function contains no inlined functions,
this will be the top most lexical block that defines the function.
When a function has inlined functions and the PC is currently
in one of those inlined functions, this method will return the inlined
block that defines this frame. If the PC isn't currently in an inlined
function, the lexical block that defines the function is returned."
