vasilito c0157fc30e tlc: add Sort order... to F9 Left/Right menubar pull-downs ...

The SortDialog was wired to Alt-Shift-T in §31.1 but was missing
from the F9 menu bar. MC has 'Sort order...' under both Left and
Right menus. Added to both.
