Cargo resolves workspace path deps relative to the MANIFEST path (recipes/core/base/source/), not the symlink target. Symlinks in local/sources/base/ ensure ../<dep> resolves correctly from both local/sources/base/ and recipes/core/base/source/. Also fix Cargo.toml [patch.crates-io] paths to use ../ for consistency.
