vasilito 950f8715cb Fix INSTALLER_OPTS clobbering warning in GRUB docs ...

INSTALLER_OPTS replaces the default --cookbook=. value, so the docs
now show the full invocation with --cookbook=. included and recommend
using the config file approach instead.
