vasilito 8e4b8d6107 Restore kirigami stub cmake configs approach ...

Qt6Quick isn't fully cross-compiled for Redox yet. Stub provides
KF6::Kirigami and KF6::Kirigami2 INTERFACE cmake targets for
downstream dependency resolution.
