JobViewServer, ksmserver), plan v3.0
Wayland: proper little-endian/padded strings, SCM_RIGHTS fd passing,
xdg_toplevel.configure fix, compositor-checker protocol probes
Verified: bash -n, TOML parsed, sessiond 30/30 tests, compositor all tests
pass w/ warnings denied.
