Missing from initial TOML conversion:
- kf6-ksvg, kf6-pty, kf6-notifyconfig, kf6-parts (KDE frameworks)
- kglobalacceld (KDE global accelerator daemon)
- redbear-keymapd, redbear-ime, redbear-accessibility (input services)

Total protected recipes: 119 (matches original hardcoded list)
