recipes/libs/mesa/recipe.toml:
- Add iris,crocus to -Dgallium-drivers (was swrast,virgl only)
- Intel iris: Gen8+ (Broadwell through Battlemage)
- Intel crocus: Gen4-7 (i965G through Haswell)

config/redbear-full.toml:
- Change mesa = "ignore" to mesa = {} for desktop target
- Mesa was previously excluded from redbear-full images
