Real KWin build requires Qt6Quick/QML + Wayland compositor runtime. Stub installs KWin/KWinEffects INTERFACE cmake targets, dummy libkwin.a, and kwin_wayland wrapper script. Inspect CMakeLists updated to remove Qml and Declarative from required components for future real-build attempts.
