fix: remove all nested KWin READMEs, fix gitignore to /** pattern

Only local/recipes/kde/kwin/recipe.toml and README.md remain tracked.
gitignore now uses ** to match all subdirectories.
git grep -I kwin_wayland_wrapper returns 0 text matches.
