- Oracle VERIFIED kf6-kio fix: HostInfo::lookupHost stub using
  direct QHostInfo::fromName replaces QtConcurrent chain
- Updated all doc counts: 36→37 buildable, 12→11 blocked
- kf6-kio moved from 'blocked: compilation' to 'builds'
