docs: DBUS plasma-workspace sub-services staged, not unimplemented

Activation files exist for kded6, kglobalaccel, ActivityManager,
JobViewServer, ksmserver, notifications, StatusNotifierWatcher.
ScreenSaver deferred (not on critical path).
