fix: accurate repo counts — 26 enabled in repo, 10 stage-only

Browse Source 
- '29 in repo' was misleading (included 3 transitive deps not in
  redbear-full config). Corrected to 26 enabled KDE pkgar in repo.
- Stage-only: 10 (36 enabled - 26 in repo)
- Stage-only table row now says 7 (not 23)
- All arithmetic: 26 + 10 = 36. 36 + 12 = 48.
