Fix WIP grub symlink path depth (3 levels, not 4)

The symlink from recipes/wip/services/grub was using ../../../../local/
which goes above the repo root. Fixed to ../../../local/ which correctly
resolves from recipes/wip/services/ to local/recipes/core/grub.
