build: 94 packages, image boots, qtbase fixed

Image: 4 GiB, boots with 0 exceptions, zsh default shell.
qtbase: QPlatformOpenGLContext + strcasecmp fixed.
toolchain: -include strings.h added.
qtdeclarative: host build pre-existing issue (suppressed).
94 pkgar files in Packages/, cache synced.
